About Justroo
Justroo is a privately-owned IT hardware manufacturer, who are dedicated to supplying the UK Public and Private Sector. Many of the devices we sell here on Justroo we provide to Universities, Colleges, Local Authorities, Government Departments or the NHS, or used in those environments before being upgraded.
We have partnered with manufacturing plants right here in the UK and are able to professionally refurbish devices to a high standard, giving a new lease of life to tech that has so much more to give! The experience of all our customers is very important to us, and as our Trustpilot feedback shows, our customers are very happy with our service. We take all feedback, good and bad, very seriously, and it is always discussed within the team.

Zero Waste To Landfill
We’re committed to protecting our planet, and reducing the impact the IT industry has on the environment. That’s why we are committed to sending zero waste to landfill.
Our zero waste commitment and dedication to sustainability has been recognised, as we are now approved as a zero waste to landfill provider, certified by Valpak.
Through our fully accredited IT recycling facility, we professionally refurbish and repurpose all the devices we can, giving them a second lease of life. Any piece of equipment that is not fit for refurbishment, is broken down, so that its parts can be reused or responsibly recycled, instead of being sent to landfill as harmful e-waste.

Data Protection
Secure Data Erasure
The refurbishment includes the secure data erasure of all the devices we sell using a system called ‘Blancco’ who we are proud to be Gold partners with. Our highly-skilled, dedicated team carry out complete data erasure of existing data on the device before putting it through a rigorous safety and functionality test. Finally, the device is re-imaged with a brand new and genuine copy of Microsoft Windows® 10, affixed with a second Certificate of Authenticity.
Upgradeable to your Requirements
There’s also the option to upgrade the specs of your device so it suits the power and performance you’re looking for in a PC – these upgrade options are all listed next to the device. This can be the Hard Drive, RAM or by adding Wi-Fi.
Condition of our Devices
As most of the items we sell are ‘refurbished’, there may be the occasional scratch or mark on the devices, but in all other aspects, there will be minimal evidence of wear and tear. We also sell items that have more obvious signs of wear and tear – we class these as ‘Grade C’. To offer peace of mind, we provide a minimum 90 day warranty on all our devices, which can be extended if required. We also sell new, ‘open box’ and ‘ex-display’ devices.
