Justroo Delivery Guarantee
We aim to deliver your device as quickly as possible. All devices undergo a rigorous testing process and we work hard to achieve a same day turnaround, but it does sometimes take longer so we cannot guarantee a despatch date.
We use DPD to despatch your order, who will contact you with a 1 hour delivery window on the day before delivery. You will have the option to rearrange the delivery date, or request for the item to be left in a safe place, so you can be sure of receiving your item when it’s convenient for you
Delivery Information
Delivery Services and Costs
Our delivery services: Standard Delivery is free when you spend £75. Orders under £75 are £4.95 to most of the UK, and £6.95 to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands and Islands. Orders normally leave our warehouse in 2 to 3 working days and are despatched by DPD on a Next Working Day service. Express Fast Track Delivery from £6.95 to £10.95 * Exact delivery costs will be shown during checkout. Delays may occur during delivery that are out of our control. Please refer to the tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched for delivery information.
Saturday Delivery
We also offer a Saturday delivery service with DPD. This is only available on orders placed over the phone, so if you require this service please call us on 0330 122 1445 to arrange. This option is available to most UK addresses for £14.95. Orders need to be placed before 12pm. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a Saturday delivery service to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands and Islands at this time.
Pre-Despatch Checks
All orders go through a rigorous pre-delivery inspection before we install your chosen operating system. We aim to dispatch all orders within the timescales stated above, however, there may be times where this is not possible (e.g. Components, chargers and accessories can fail quality control checks, or other reasons beyond our control). In these cases, we will dispatch your device as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are dispatched using DPD and in most cases, delivery takes place the next working day following despatch. However, as with all delivery services, there is a risk that orders may be delayed in transit. DPD offer a 1 hour delivery slot, and will contact you with details on the morning of delivery. This will be by email, text message, or through their mobile app if you have it installed. You will then be offered some alternative delivery options if required, such as re-arranging the delivery date, or having the item delivered to a safe place. Re-Arranging Delivery If you are not in when DPD call, they will leave a card with details of how you can re-arrange your delivery if you are not in as expected. Any delays that occur once the item has left our warehouse are unfortunately out of control of the Justroo.
Important Information
Next day delivery is only available on orders of 1 item currently. Orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays are processed the next working day. During exceptionally busy periods, these delivery times may change. If there are any delays, you will be informed of this during the checkout process. We only ship to addresses in the UK.
